if you want to lose a few extra pounds of fat try this.when doing aerobic training your body burns fuel(carbohydrate)as energy.before breakfast on an empty stomach have a coffee(caffeine kick)and go out for a steady run 25-30 min max.your body has no carbs to burn so it then eats into your fat stores as an alternative fuel source.this helps burn that unwanted fat away quicker.
WARNING
for all you ladies who carry minimum or no fat and still look in the mirror and want to lose more if you do not carry sufficient amounts of fat(and i dont mean heavy people)your body will start burning the protein in your body as fuel,this comes from your muscles so you will do more damage than good so be sensible this workout is only to remove a couple of pounds,once you attain your goal revert back to standard aerobic training with the body burning carbohydrates as fuel energy which means eat before u excercise(approx 2-3 hrs before)
